dc.description.abstractBu araştırma Spor Yöneticilerinin Çok Yönlü Liderlik Yönelimleri ile Sosyal Zeka Düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubu özel spor kulüplerinde ve gençlik spor bakanlığına bağlı kurumlarda görev yapmakta olan 96 kadın 277 erkek olmak üzere toplam 373 spor yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında iki ayrı veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. Spor yöneticilerinin liderlik yönelimlerini belirlemek amacı ile '' Çok Yönlü Liderlik Yönelimleri Ölçeği'' , sosyal zeka seviyelerinin belirlenmesi amacı ile '' Tromso Sosyal Zeka Ölçeği'' ve demografik özellikleri tespit etmek amacı ile araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan '' Kişisel Bilgi Formu '' kullanılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between the Multi-Faceted Leadership Orientations and Social Intelligence Levels of Sports Managers. The research group consists of a total of 373 sports managers, 96 women and 277 men, who work in private sports clubs and institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Two separate data collection tools were used to collect the research data. In order to determine the leadership orientations of sports managers, the '' Multi-Faceted Leadership Orientations Scale'', in order to determine their social intelligence levels, the '' Tromso Social Intelligence Scale'' and in order to determine demographic characteristics, the '' Personal Information Form '' prepared by the researcher was used.en_US
