Özet
Spor salonlarında egzersiz yapan kişilerde anabolik androjenik steroidlerin kullanımı ve saldırganlık eğilimi arasındaki ilişki, spor psikolojisi ve sağlık alanında önemli bir konudur. Yapılan araştırmalar, anabolik steroidlerin kullanımının saldırganlık eğilimini artırabileceğini göstermektedir. Steroidlerin vücuttaki hormonal dengeleri etkilediği ve agresif davranışlara yol açabileceği bilinmektedir. Bu konuda yapılan bilimsel araştırmalar ve sağlık otoritelerinin önerileri doğrultusunda, anabolik steroidlerin kullanımının saldırganlık eğilimi üzerindeki etkileri üzerine farkındalık oluşturulmalı ve bireylerin sağlıklarını korumak adına bilinçli kararlar almaları teşvik edilmelidir.
