dc.description.abstractOrmanların planlama çalışmalarının yıllar itibarıyla ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda plan ünitelerinde meydana gelen değişimler ve bu değişimlerin üretim maliyetleri üzerindeki etkilerinin ortaya konulması için yapılan bu çalışma ülkemizde uygulanan ormancılık metotlarının Beşpınar Orman İşletme Şefliği plan ünitesi üzerindeki değişimlerin 1972,1993 ve 2015 yıllarında hazırlanan amenajman planları üzerinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma üç döneme ait plan ünitelerinin ekonomik olarak değerlendirilmesi ve ormanlarımıza bir değer nitelendirilmesi yapılmaya çalışıldığında mevcut örtünün kesme, sürütme, yükleme, taşıma ve istifleme maliyetleri hesaplanmıştır. Bu maliyetler hesaplanırken Orman Genel Müdürlüğü'nün 05.01.1996 tarihinde yayımlanan 288 sayılı Asli Orman Ürünlerinin Üretim İşlerine Ait Tebliğ esas alınarak hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemlerinden (ArcMap-ArcCatalog-ArcToolbox) faydalanarak sürütme mesafelerinin orman yollarına olan uzaklıkları ve rampadaki ürünlerin orman deposuna nakli için ham, stabilize ve asfalt yol uzunlukları hesaplanmıştır. Ormanın tam anlamıyla değerinin ortaya koyulması üretim maliyetlerinin satış gelirlerinden çıkarılması sonucunda ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu amaçla satış gelirlerinin elde edilmesi ve ürün çeşitliliğin tespiti için Dr. Osman SUN 'un Asli Ağaç Türlerimizin Taşıdığı Ürün Çeşidi Hacim Oranları tablosundan alınan oranlar doğrultusunda ürün çeşitlerinin son yıllardaki satış ortalamaları dikkate alınarak plan ünitesinden elde edilecek gelir ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted in order to determine the changes in the planning units of the forests by years and the effects of these changes on the production costs. In this study, the aim was to evaluate the effects of forestry methods applied in our country on the planning unit of Beşpınar forest sub-district directorate through the management plans prepared in 1972, 1993 and 2015. This study was conducted in order to evaluate the plan units of three periods economically and to provide a clue when trying to characterize our forests and to do so, the cost of drag-net trawl, loading, transporting and stacking of the existing forest under the company management was estimated. While calculating these costs, Communiqué on Production Works of Main Forest Products No. 288 published on 05/01/1996 by the General Directorate of Forestry was taken as the basis. In addition, by using Geographical Information Systems (ArcMap-ArcCatalog-ArcToolbox), the drag-net trawl distances to the forest roads as well as the raw, stabilized and asphalt road lengths for the transportation of the products on the ramp to the forest storage were estimated. The realization of the value of the forest is the result of the removal of production costs from sales revenues. Hence, in accordance with the rates obtained from the The Main Product Variety of Our Principle Tree Species Volume Rates Table prepared by Dr Osman SUN in order to obtain sales revenues and to determine product variety, considering the sales averages of the product varieties in recent years, the income from the plan unit was tried to be revealed.en_US
