| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, hastane çalışanlarının tükenmişlik düzeylerini belirlemek ve çalışanlarındemografik değişkenlerine göre tükenmişlik düzeylerinde farklılık olup olmadığını açıklamaktır. Çalışmadaçalışanların tükenmişlik düzeylerini ölçmek için Maslach ve Jackson (1986) tarafından geliştirilen ve Ergin(1992) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlaması yapılan "Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri" kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanınörneklemini Düzce ve Sakarya illerinde çalışan 122 hastane çalışanı oluşturmuştur. Araştırma grubunun%77,9’u kadındır ve kadınların duygusal tükenme puanı erkeklere göre daha yüksek olarak saptanmıştır.Bekarların duygusal tükenme puanları evlilerden daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmanın bulguları, hemşire vesağlık memurlarının duygusal tükenme puanlarının, diğer hastane çalışanlarından daha yüksek olduğusonucunu vermiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The main aim of this study is to determine the hospital employees’ burnout level and explain thedifferences among employess’ burnout level according to demographic variables. In this study, “MaslachBurnout Inventory” which is developed by Maslach and Jackson (1986) and which adaptation to Turkish ismade by Ergin (1992) is used to measure burnout level of employees. The sample of the study consists oftotally 122 hospital employees working in Duzce and Sakarya. %77,9 of the participants were female and theemotional exhaustion score of female was higher than male. Emotional exhaustion scores of unmarriedparticipants were higher than married ones. The findings of this study showed that emotional exhaustionscores were higher among the employess who are nurse and health officers. | en_US |
