Özet
Bu çalışma, Türk siyasetname geleneği içinde yönetim felsefesi ve yönetsel etik değerleri ele almaktadır. Özellikle Kutadgu Bilig ve Koçibey Risalesi üzerinden bu kavramları analiz etmektedir. Kutadgu Bilig, Yusuf Has Hacib tarafından yazılan 11. yüzyıla ait bir eser olup, Türk düşünce tarihinde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Aynı şekilde, Koçibey Risalesi, Osmanlı dönemi kaynaklarından biri olarak yönetim ve etik konularında derinlemesine bilgiler sunmaktadır. Çalışmanın odak noktalarından biri, Türk siyasetname geleneğinin köklü bir tarihine sahip olan Kutadgu Bilig'in yönetim felsefesi içindeki özgün katkılarıdır. Bu bağlamda, eserin yönetim anlayışı, hükümdarın sorumlulukları ve adalet anlayışı detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, Koçibey Risaleleri üzerinden Osmanlı yönetimindeki etik değerlerin analizi, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun yönetim anlayışını daha geniş bir bağlamda ele almamıza olanak tanımaktadır. Analizde, Kutadgu Bilig ve Koçibey Risalesi'nin yönetim felsefesi ve etik değerler perspektifinden günümüz siyasi düşüncelerine nasıl ışık tuttuğu ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Türk siyasi düşünce tarihine ve etik değerlerin evrimine katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, Kutadgu Bilig ve Koçibey Risalesi'nin, Türk siyasetname geleneğindeki önemini vurgulayan bu çalışma, yönetim felsefesi ve yönetsel etik değerlerin evrimine dair daha geniş bir anlayışın kapılarını aralamaktadır.
This study addresses the philosophy of governance and managerial ethical values within the tradition of Turkish political thought, particularly through the analysis of Kutadgu Bilig and Koçibey Risaleleri. Kutadgu Bilig, authored by Yusuf Has Hacib in the 11th century, holds a significant place in the history of Turkish thought. Similarly, Koçibey Risalesi, as a source from the Ottoman period, provides in-depth insights into governance and ethical issues. One of the focal points of the study is the unique contributions of Kutadgu Bilig to the philosophy of governance within the deep-rooted history of Turkish political thought. In this context, the work's perspective on governance, the responsibilities of rulers, and its concept of justice are thoroughly examined. Additionally, the analysis of ethical values in Ottoman governance through Koçibey Risalesi allows for a comprehensive understanding of the Ottoman Empire's approach to governance. The study meticulously explores how Kutadgu Bilig and Koçibey Risalesi shed light on contemporary political thoughts from the perspectives of governance philosophy and ethical values. This work aims to contribute to the history of Turkish political thought and the evolution of ethical values. In conclusion, by emphasizing the significance of Kutadgu Bilig and Koçibey Risalesi in the tradition of Turkish political thought, this study opens doors to a broader understanding of the evolution of governance philosophy and managerial ethical values.
