dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu araştırma Hemşirelik lisans öğrencilerinin eğitimleri sırasında yaşadıkları stresi belirlemek için geliştirilen Hemşirelik Eğitimi Stres Ölçeğinin Türkçe formunun geçerlik ve güvenirliğini test etmek amacı ile yapılmıştır Yöntem: Metodolojik tipteki araştırmanın örneklemini 2011-2012 öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında Marmara ve Batı Karadeniz bölgesindeki 4 Hemşirelik Lisans Programında öğrenim gören ve çalışmayı kabul eden 774 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Hemşirelik Eğitimi Stres Ölçeği, 4lü Likert tipte, 32 maddelidir ve 2 alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin Türk diline uyarlaması çeviri geri çeviri yöntemi ile yapıldıktan sonra, geçerlik için açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, güvenirliği için iç tutarlık analizleri (cronbach alpha katsayısı, madde toplam puan korelasyonu, sınıf içi güvenirlik katsayısı, Kappa katsayısı, korelasyon katsayısı) kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Analiz sonucunda Kaiser- Meyer-Olkin değerinin 0.93 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bartlett küresellik testi sonucuna göre elde edilen ki-kare değerinin manidar olduğu görülmüştür (X2(774)7050,137; P0.001). Öz değeri 1in üzerinde olan iki faktörün açıkladığı toplam varyans %32,27dir. Ölçek maddelerinin faktör yük değerleri 0,33 ve üzerinde değer almıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizine göre, değişkenlerin hata varyanslarının 0.88 ve altında değerler aldığı, yüksek hata varyansının olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Cronbach alpha güvenirlik katsayılarının 0,81 0,93 arasında, ölçek toplam ve alt boyutları arasındaki sınıf içi korelasyon katsayılarının 0,76 ve üstü, madde toplam puan korelasyon katsayılarının 0.30un üstü değerler aldığı görülmüştür. Ölçek maddelerinin sınıf içi korelasyon katsayıları çoğu ölçek maddesi için orta ve iyi düzeyde bulunurken ölçeğin 9 maddesi için daha düşük bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Hemşirelik Eğitimi Stres Ölçeği, Hemşirelik lisans öğrencilerinin eğitimleri sırasında yaşadıkları stresi belirlemek için kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir araçtır. Farklı örneklemlerde denenmesi ve hemşirelik öğrencilerinin yaşadıkları stresin belirlenmesine yönelik çalışmalarda kullanılması önerilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: This reseach was conducted in order to test the validity and reliability of Turkish form of Nursing Education Stress Scale which was developed in order to determine the stress faced by undergraduate students during their education. Method: The sample of methodological research was composed of 774 students having education in 4 distinct nursing undergraduation programs in the spring semester of 2011-2012 in Marmara and West Black Sea regions and those who accepted to participate. Nursing Education Stress Scale is a four-point Likert-scale including 32 items and 2 sub dimensions. After the adaptation of the scale to Turkish language was performed by back translation method, annotated and confirmatory factor analysis for validity, internal consistency analysis for reliability(cronbach alpha coefficient, item-total correlation, intraclass reliability coefficient, Kappa coefficient, correlation coefficient) were used. Result: At the end of the analysis Kaiser- Meyer-Olkin value was determined to be 0.93. It was observed that the obtained chi-square value according to Bartletts test was significant. (X2(774)7050.137; P<0.001) Total variance explained by two factors with the the eigenvalue greater than 1 was 32.27%. The factor loading values of scale items took values of 0.33 and higher. According to confirmative variance analysis, it was determined that error variances of variables got values of 0.88 and lower and that there was no high error variance. It was observed that Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients were between 0.81 0.93, that intraclass correlation coefficients between total scale and its sub dimensions were 0.76 and higher and that item-total correlation coefficients got values higher than 0.30. While intraclass correlation coefficients of most scale items were found to be at medium and fine levels for modt of the scale items, they were found to be lower for the 9 items of the scale. Conclusion: Nursing Education Stress Scale is a reliable and valid tool that can be used in order to determine the stress that nursing undergraduate students face during their education. It is suggested that the scale should be used in different samples and studies aiming to determine the stress faced by nursing students.en_US
