Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı; öğretmenlerin örgütsel güveni ile örgütsel yer değişikliği arasındaki ilişki düzeyini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla 2022-2023 Eğitim Öğretim yılında, Sakarya ili Akyazı ilçesindeki resmi temel eğitim ve ortaöğretimde görev yapan 407 gönüllü öğretmenden veriler alınmıştır. Anketler Google Formlar üzerinden dağıtılmıştır. Ölçekte birinci bölümde demografik bilgilerle ilgili, ikinci bölümde yirmi maddeden oluşan örgütsel güvenle ilgili ve üçüncü bölümde on yedi maddeden oluşan örgütsel yer değişikliği ile ilgili sorular sorulmuştur. Araştırmada evrenin tamamı model alınmıştır. Çalışmada ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan normallik testlerine göre cinsiyet, medeni durum, kıdem, okul türü ve okuldaki görev süresi verilerinin; örgütsel güven ve örgütsel yer değişikliği alt boyutları verilerinin normal dağıldığı gözlenmiştir. Değişkenler arası farklılık ve etki düzeylerini belirlemek için bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve ANOVA analizleri kullanılmıştır. Değişkenleri arası ilişki düzeyini belirlemek için Pearson korelasyon analizi yapılmış, ayrıca değişkenlerin birbirini ne oranda yordadığını bulmak için de regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler ışığında öğretmenlerin en çok çalışma arkadaşlarına, en az da yöneticisine güven duyduğu; erkek öğretmenlerin kadın öğretmenlere göre kuruma ve yöneticiye daha fazla güven duyduğu; evli öğretmenlerin bekar öğretmenlere göre güven düzeyinin daha yüksek olduğu; kıdem değişkenine göre örgütsel güvenin anlamlı bir fark göstermediği; temel eğitimde çalışan öğretmenlerin ortaöğretimde çalışanlardan daha fazla güven duyduğu; okuldaki görev süresi değişkenine göre örgütsel güvenin anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturmadığı görülmüştür. Yer değişikliği algı düzeyleri orta seviyede görülmekte iken yer değişikliğinde cinsiyetin, kıdemin, medeni durumun, okul türünün ve okuldaki görev süresinin bir farklılık oluşturmadığı görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin yarısından fazlası yer değişikliğinin ekonomik yük getireceğini düşünmüştür. Örgütsel güven ve yer değişikliği arasındaki ilişkinin düşük ve pozitif görüldüğü; güvenin yer değişikliği üzerinde yeterince katkısının olmadığı, yordama gücünün zayıf olduğu sonuçları ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bulgu ve sonuçlar doğrultusunda uygulayıcılara ve araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The purpose of this study is to determine the level of relationship between teachers' organizational trust and organizational relocation. For this purpose, data were collected from 407 volunteer teachers working in official primary and secondary education in Akyazı district of Sakarya province in the 2022-2023 academic year. The questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms. In the first part of the scale, questions about demographic information were asked, in the second part, questions about organizational trust consisting of twenty items, and in the third part, questions about organizational relocation consisting of seventeen items. The entire population was taken as a model in the study. Relational survey method was used in the study. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 package program. According to the normality tests, it was observed that gender, marital status, seniority, school type and tenure data; organizational trust and organizational relocation sub-dimensions data were normally distributed. Independent groups t-test and ANOVA analyses were used to determine the difference and effect levels between variables. Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the level of relationship between the variables, and regression analysis was applied to find out to what extent the variables predict each other. In the light of the analyses, it was seen that teachers trusted their colleagues the most and the administrator the least; male teachers trusted the institution and the administrator more than female teachers; married teachers had a higher level of trust than single teachers; organizational trust did not show a significant difference according to the seniority variable; teachers working in basic education trusted more than those working in secondary education; organizational trust did not make a significant difference according to the length of service in the school. While the level of perception of relocation was found to be at a medium level, gender, seniority, marital status, school type and length of service in the school did not make a difference in the perception of relocation. More than half of the teachers thought that relocation would bring economic burden. The relationship between organizational trust and relocation was found to be low and positive; trust did not contribute sufficiently to relocation and its predictive power was weak. In line with these findings and results, suggestions were made for practitioners and researchers.
