| dc.description.abstract | Riskin hayatımızda kaçınılmaz bir yeri olmakla birlikte insanların risk kavramına bakış açısı zaman içerisinde değişiklik göstermiş ve bu bakış açısındaki değişim modern toplumlar ile geleneksel toplumlar arasındaki ayrıştırıcı özelliklerden birini oluşturmuştur. Bu değişim, riskin hayatımızdaki ağırlığını ve önemini artırmış, sigorta sektöründen finansal sektöre, tıp alanındaki gelişmelerden hava durumu tahminlerine kadar hayatımızı doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak etkileyebilecek birçok alanda devrime yol açmıştır. Riske bakış açısındaki bu değişim ile birlikte, kaderci bir toplumdan, karmaşık ilişkilere sahip, doğaya karşı koymaya çalışan ve kendi gejeceğini kendi belirlemeye cesaret edebilen bir topluma geçilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Though risk is an inevitable phenomenon in our lives, people's viewpoint of the concept of risk has varied over time and the change in the point of view has constituted a major distinction between traditional and modern societies. This change increased the importance of risk in our lives. From the insurance sector to financial sector, from developments in the field of medicine to the weather forecasts, the shift in the perception of risk led to a revolution in many areas that may affect our lives directly and indirectly. This revolution has caused a transition from routine and fatalist societies to such societies that have complex relationships, trying to control the nature and daring to determine their future. | en_US |
