dc.description.abstractHizmet öncesi öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik kendilerini hazır hissetmeleri, lisans eğitimleri boyunca mesleki donanımlarını tamamlamaları için oldukça önemlidir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın amacı son sınıf öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik hazırbulunuşluk düzeylerini belirlemek ve çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Araştırmada Yıldırım ve Köklükaya (2017) tarafından geliştirilen “Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Hazırbulunuşluk Ölçeği”, gerekli izinler alınarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Akdeniz Üniversitesinde son sınıfta okumakta olan öğretmen adayları oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır ve elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı sayesinde analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda çalışmaya katılan öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik hazırbulunuşluk düzeylerinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmanın sonuçları; öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik hazırbulunuşluk düzeylerinin bölümlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiğini ancak cinsiyetlerine, anne ve baba eğitim durumlarına ve üniversite öncesi yaşadıkları yerleşim birimine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermediğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. 
dc.description.abstractThe fact that pre-service teacher candidates feel themselves prepared for teaching profession   is highly crucial for them to improve their professional capacity during their undergraduate education. Thus, the aim of the research is to determine the readiness levels of the senior teacher candidates towards teaching profession and to analyse them in terms of different variables. The Readiness Scale for Teaching Profession, developed by Yıldırım and Köklükaya (2017), was used in the study by taking the necessary permissions and the survey model was adopted in the research. The study group of the research consisted of the senior teacher candidates studying at Akdeniz University in the 2017-2018 educational years. The acquired data was analysed thanks to the SPSS package program. The results of the study revealed that the readiness levels of the teacher candidates who participated in the study towards teaching profession were high. In addition, according to the results of the study, it was found out that their readiness levels towards teaching profession showed significant differences in terms of their teaching department but they didn’t show significant differences in terms of their gender, their parents’ educational background and their living area before university.
