Özet

The software defined network (SDN) approach suggests a new network architecture as a solution to network resource management problems. Cognitive radio network (CRN) technology is a new dynamic access technique that enables the limited spectrum to be used effectively and efficiently. CR technology allows unlicensed secondary users benefit from the spectrum in an opportunistic manner, without interfering with licensed primary users. In this paper, a new network architecture based on SDN approach is proposed for CRN technology. This architecture uses a dynamic spectrum access (DSA) mechanism to meet QoS requirements. In addition, management responsibilities of network resources are logically managed by a controller that manages the entire network from a central point. In this way, the workload on network users and base stations is greatly reduced. This architecture, which reduces dependency on base stations, provides dynamic, infrastructure-independent and efficient resource allocation for BR users.
