B iyopsilerin 111 i (%92,5) tanısaldı . 2 (%1,7) hastada biyopsi tekrarı önerildi, 7 hastada biyopsi materyali yetersiz olarak değerlendirildi. 120 hastadan 1 (%0,83) tanesinde major kompl ikas yon, 9 (%7,5) tanesin de minor komplika s yon izlendi. Sonuç : klinik tecrübemize göre, ultrasonografi eşliğinde otomatik biyopsi iğnesi kullanılarak yapılan perkutan karaciğer biyopsisi hızlı, etkili, minimal inviziv ve güvenli bir yöntemdir. Komplikasyon oranı çok düşüktür. Tüm olgula rda karaciğer biyopsisinin ultrasonografi kılavuzluğunda yapılması gerekliliğini düşünüyoruz.
Objective : Liver needle biopsy in determining the properties of diffuse hepatic disease stage and grade is reported to be the most effective method. In patients with chronic viral hepatitis B and C determination of the stage and grade, determination of appropriate treatment in these patients and management is required to decide the prognosis. Method : Between January 2008 and September 2013 ultrasound-guided liver biopsy of the 120 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B and C were evaluated retrospectively. Results : : Liver biopsy in 120 patients (women: 45 (37.5%), male: 75 (62.5%), mean age: 40.8 ± 15.0 years). Average size of pieces was 1.48 ± 0.39 mm from the 120 biopsies have taken. 111 (92.5%) were diagnostic, two (1.7%) patients was recommended biopsy repetition. 7 (5.8%) patients were assessed as inadequate. Major complication was obse rved in one of 120 patients (0.83%), minor complication was observed in 9 (7.5%) patients. Conclusion : According to our experience in our clinical, ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy using automated biopsy needle fast, effective, minimally invasive and safe method. The complication rate is very low. We consider liver biopsies in all cases should be performed with ultrasound guidance.
