Özet
Şer'iyye sicilleri, yerel tarih çalışmalarında önemli kaynaklardan biridir. Bu siciller Osmanlı Devleti'nde ve Kırım Hanlığı'nda adalet mekanizmasının başındaki kadı dediğimiz görevliler tarafından tutulur. Tutulan sicillerde evlilik, boşanma, miras, hırsızlık, cinayet, tayin ve daha pek çok konu hakkında bilgiler mevcuttur. Söz konusu kayıtlarda toplumun her kesiminden insanı görmek mümkündür. 15. yüzyılın son çeyreğinden 18. yüzyılın sonlarına kadar Osmanlı toprağı olan Kırım, Karadeniz'de stratejik bir konuma sahiptir. Bölge, Osmanlı Devleti ile Rusya arasında çetin mücadelelere sahne olmuştur. Bulunduğu coğrafî konum hasebiyle Balkanlar, Avrupa, Rusya, Asya ve Anadolu insanlarının kültürlerinden izler taşımaktadır. Bu bakımdan Kırım kadıasker defterleri yerel ve sosyal tarih alanında çalışma yapmak isteyen araştırmacılara fevkalade bilgiler sunmaktadır. Söz konusu tezde, 16 numaralı Kırım kadıasker defteri incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler üzerinden bölgedeki idarî yapılanma, ekonomik yapı, aile hayatı, etnik gruplar, Müslüman ve gayrimüslimlerin isimleri, onların unvanları, meslek kolları, kullanılan ölçü birimleri ve para cinsleri, kişisel eşyalar, günlük hayatta kullanılan araç- gereçler, köyler, mahalleler ve hatta hayvan cinsleri değerlendirilmiştir.
Court records are one of the most important sources in local history studies. These records known as qadi records were recorded by qadis, who were the head of the justice system in the Ottoman Empire and the Crimean Khanate. There were many cases in these records about marriage, divorce, inheritance, theft, murder, appointments, etc. In mentioned records, it is possible to find many people from different part of the society. Crimea, which was the Ottoman territory from the last quarter of the 15th century to the end of the 18th century, has a strategic position in the Black Sea. The region has faced many conflicts between the Ottoman Empire and Russia. It has cultural mixtures of Balkans, European, Russian, Asian and Anatolian people due to its geographical location. In this respect, Crimean court records are outstanding sources for researchers who are willing to study local and social history. In this thesis, the Crimean court records numbered 16 was examined. Administrative structure in the region, economic structure, family life, ethnic groups, names of Muslims and non-Muslims, their titles, professions branches, units of measurement and currencies, personal belongings, tools and equipment used in daily life, villages neighborhoods and even animal breed were evaluated through obtained data.
