Özet
Sanayi devrimi sonrasında insanlar toplu olarak çalıştırılmaya başlanmış ve insan gücünün üretimdeki önemi ve etkisi uygulamalı olarak anlaşılmıştır. İnsan gücünü doğru yönetme ile daha çok verim elde edebilme amacıyla girişimler başlamış olup ilk zamanlar çalışanlara sadece personel gözü ile bakıldığı için personel yönetimi olarak anılan kavram insanın insan gibi görülmeye başlaması ile insan kaynakları yönetimi İKY olarak güncellenmiştir. İnşaat sektörü gibi yüz binlerce insana iş istihdamı sağlayan ve böylece insan kaynağından fazlası ile yararlanan bir sektörde de İKY önem kazanmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında literatür araştırması yapılarak İKY ile alakalı yazılmış tezler ve makaleler incelenmiş, İKY'nin işlevleri açık olarak açıklanmıştır. İnşaat sektörü şantiyelerinde İKY hakkında yeterli çalışmanın yapılmadığı fark edilmiş olup bu eksiği gidermek amacıyla bir anket çalışması hazırlanıp bu anket çalışması şantiyelerde çalışan teknik personel konumunda olan yaklaşık 120 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Anket çalışmasının bulguları açıklanarak şantiyelerde İKY ile alakalı yapılabilecekler hakkında görüş ve öneriler bildirilmiştir.
After the industrial revolution, people started to be employed collectively and the importance and effect of manpower in production was understood practically. Initiatives have been initiated in order to achieve more efficiency with the correct management of manpower, and the concept of personnel management, which was referred to as personnel management, since employees were viewed only through the eyes of personnel in the first time, human resources management was updated as HRM. HRM has also gained importance in a sector such as the construction sector, which employs hundreds of thousands of people and thus benefits more than human resources. In this thesis study, literature research was made, theses and articles written about HRM were examined, and the functions of HRM were explained clearly. It has been noticed that there are not enough studies about HRM in construction sector construction sites. In order to eliminate this deficiency, a survey study was prepared and this survey study was applied to approximately 120 people working on the construction sites. By explaining the findings of the survey study, opinions and suggestions were given about what can be done about HRM at the construction sites.
