dc.description.abstractBu çalışma hemşirelerde mobbing ve anksiyete arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla kesitsel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, Düzce Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi'nde çalışan 150 (129 K, 21 E) hemşire oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda mobbing mağduru hemşirelerin etkilenme düzeylerinde fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal yönden etkilenme puanı duygusal tacize maruz kalanlarda anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olarak saptanmıştır. Mobbing ve Anksiyete arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde ise mobbinge maruz kalan hemşirelerin anksiyete düzeyi ortalama puanı anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olarak saptanmıştır. Mobbinge maruz kalma ile anksiyete ölçek puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu belirlenmiştir. Mobbinge maruz kalan 13 kişinin şiddetli düzeyde, 23 kişinin ise hafif düzeyde anksiyete yaşadığı saptanmıştır. Duygusal tacize maruz kalma durumu ile çalışılan ünite arasında değerlendirme yapıldığında ise yoğun bakım ünitelerinde çalışan hemşirelerin ( %45.1 ) diğer birimlere oranla daha fazla duygusal tacize maruz kaldığı görülmüşken, duygusal tacize maruz kalma ve çalışılan ünite arasında anlamlı bir fark saptanmamıştır. Hemşirelerde öğrenim durumuna göre mobbing ve anksiyete puan ortalamaları değerlendirildiğinde anlamlı bir fark saptanmazken, öğrenim durumuna göre çalışma ortamı kriterleri arasında istatiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak çalışmamızda mobbing uygulanan hemşirelerde anksiyete düzeyinin ve şiddetinin arttığı saptanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is made sectional for the determination of the relation between mobbing and anxiety for the nurses. Research group is formed by the 150 (129 female, 21 male) nurses occupying at Research and Application Hospital of Duzce University. Levels of mobbing victim nurses affected by the research the score of physical, psychological and social influences was significantly higher in the subjects exposed to emotional distress. When the relationship examined between mobbing and anxiety the mean score of anxiety level of mobbing exposed nurses was significantly higher. A significant difference was found between mobbingine exposure and anxiety scale scores. In the research exposed at mobbing thirteen nurses on a severe level, twenty three nurses lived mildly mobbing . When an emotional abuse exposure is assessed between the unit being worked on who works intensive care units (%45.1 ) were exposed to more emotional abuse than the other units. There was no significant difference between the exposure to emotional abuse and the unit studied. When mobbing and anxiety point averages were evaluated according to education level in nurses, no significant difference was found. There was a statistically significant difference between the working environment criteria according to the education level. As a result, it was determined that anxiety level and severity were increased in mobbing nurses. The suggestions are made through the findings obtained by the research.en_US
