dc.description.abstractIn this research, it was aimed to reveal the vocational education processes of the students studying in special education vocational schools in the direction of teachers opinions, the problems they encountered in this process and to determine the solution proposals. Case study design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group of the research consisted of 10 vocational teachers working in the Special Education Vocational School in the city center of Düzce in the 2022-2023 academic year. Criterion sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was preferred. Interview technique was used in this study. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form. Content analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data. The research data are under six themes: 'problems arising from students in vocational education in enterprises and solution suggestions', 'problems arising from the employer in vocational training in enterprises and solution suggestions', 'problems arising from the business in vocational training in enterprises (working conditions, work environment) and solution suggestions'. are grouped. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the students in vocational education in enterprises have socialization problems and have problems in adapting to business rules. It has been observed that employers approach students with prejudice, and there are many problems such as working hours and wage payments. As a result of the research, it has been suggested that students, employers and business employees in vocational education can be informed, legal regulations, promotions and awareness trainings and awareness-raising activities can be carried out.
dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda özel eğitim meslek okullarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin işletmelerde mesleki eğitim süreçleri, bu süreçte karşılaşmış oldukları sorunların ortaya konulması ve çözüm önerilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Düzce il merkezinde Özel Eğitim Meslek Okulunda görev yapan 10 meslek öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Amaçlı örneklem yöntemlerinden ölçüt örneklem yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, ‘işletmelerde mesleki eğitimde öğrenciden kaynaklı sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri’, ‘işletmelerde mesleki eğitimde işverenden kaynaklı sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri’, ‘işletmelerde mesleki eğitimde işletmeden kaynaklı sorunlar (çalışma şartları, iş ortamı) ve çözüm önerileri’ olmak üzere altı tema altında gruplandırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda işletmelerde mesleki eğitimde öğrencilerin sosyalleşme sorunu yaşadıkları ve işletme kurallarına uyum sağlamada sorun yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. İşverenlerin öğrencilere ön yargı ile yaklaştığı, çalışma saatleri ve ücret ödemeleri gibi birçok sorun yaşandığı görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda işletmelerde mesleki eğitimde öğrenciler, işverenler ve işletme çalışanlarına bilgilendirme çalışmaları yapma, yasal düzenlemeler yapma, tanıtımlar yapma ve farkındalık eğitimleri ile bilinçlendirme çalışmaları yapılabileceği önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.
