Özet
Bu araştırma Cerrahi klinik hemşirelerinin mesleki gurur, tükenmişlik durumları ve cerrahi kliniklerdeki karşılanamayan hemşirelik bakımını incelemek amacıyla Eylül 2023-Ocak 2024 tarihleri arasında tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma Zonguldak ilinde bir, Düzce ilinde ise iki olmak üzere toplam üç hastanede gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında, literatür doğrultusunda hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Hemşirelik Mesleği Gurur Ölçeği, Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği, Karşılanamayan Hemşirelik Bakım Gereksinimi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri SPSS 22 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiş olup ortalama arası farklılık için 2 grup için bağımsız örneklem t testi, 3 ve daha fazla grup için Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) uygulanmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin yönünü ve anlamlılığını belirlemek için Pearson Korelasyon Analizi kullanıldı. Araştırmanın örneklemini cerrahi kliniklerinde çalışan 80 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Hemşirelerin Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği alt boyut puanları sırasıyla; Duygusal Tükenme 19,94±6,91, Duyarsızlaşma 7,59±3,19, Kişisel Başarı 20,79±5,04 olarak; Karşılanamayan Hemşirelik Bakımı 1 ortalama puanları 3,45±0,45, Karşılanamayan Hemşirelik Bakımı 2 ortalama puanları 1,81± 0,76 olarak; Hemşirelik Mesleği Gurur Ölçeği ortalama puanları 3,07± 0,40 ve alt boyut puan ortalamaları sırasıyla; Mesleki Duygu 19,98±2,79, Rol Memnuniyeti 12,42±3,70, Problem Çözme 22,17±2,91, Öz Başarı 12,76±2,82, Mesleği Sürdürme İsteği 15,57±3,54 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda cerrahi klinik hemşirelerinin duygusal tükenme ve kişisel başarı düzeyi puanlarının orta, duyarsızlaşma puanlarının ise düşük olduğu; orta düzeyin üzerinde bir mesleki gurura sahip oldukları ve ortalama düzeyde karşılanmayan hemşirelik bakımı uygulamaları saptanmıştır. Cerrahi hemşirelerinde tükenmişlik ve karşılanamayan hemşirelik bakımı arasında istatistiksel olarak negatif yönde bir ilişki olduğu ancak her ikisinin de mesleki gurur ile istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişkisinin olmadığı saptanmıştır. Karşılanamayan hemşirelik bakımının nedenlerinin ortadan kaldırılabilmesi, mesleki gururun artırılabilmesi ve tükenmişlik düzeylerinin azalması için hemşire iş gücünün artırılması ve çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi gerekmektedir.
This research was conducted descriptively and cross-sectionally between September 2023 and January 2024 in order to examine the professional pride and burnout states of surgical clinic nurses and the unaffordable nursing care in surgical clinics. The research was conducted in Karadeniz Ereğli State Hospital in Zonguldak province and in Düzce Atatürk State Hospital and Düzce University Health Application and Research Center in Düzce province. Personal Information Form, Nursing Profession Pride Scale, Maslach Burnout Scale, Unaffordable Nursing Care Needs Scale prepared in line with the literature were used. The research data were evaluated with SPSS 22 package program, and for difference from the mean tests, independent samples t test was applied for 2 groups, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was applied for 3 and more groups. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to determine the direction and significance of the relationship between the variables. 80 surgical nurses became research sample. The nurses' Maslach Burnout Inventory sub-dimension scores were; Emotional Exhaustion 19.94±6.91, Depersonalization 7.59±3.19, Personal Accomplishment 20.79±5.04, respectively; Unmet Nursing Care 1 mean score was 3.45±0.45, Unmet Nursing Care 2 mean score was 1.81±0.76; Nursing Profession Pride Scale mean score was 3.07±0.40 and the sub-dimension mean score was; Professional Emotion 19.98±2.79, Role Satisfaction 12.42±3.70, Problem Solving 22.17±2.91, Self-Achievement 12.76±2.82, Desire to Continue the Profession 15.57±3.54. As a result of the research, it was determined that the emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment level scores of surgical nurses were medium, and their depersonalization scores were low; they had an average level of unaffordable nursing care and an above-average level of professional pride. It was determined that there was a statistically negative relationship between burnout and unaffordable nursing care in surgical nurses, but neither had a statistically significant relationship with professional pride. In order to eliminate the reasons for unaffordable nursing care, increase professional pride levels, and reduce burnout levels, the nursing workforce should be increased and necessary arrangements should be made.
