Özet
Küreselleşme sürecinin hızlandığıgünümüzde hizmet sektörünün özellikle turizm endüstrisinin istihdam olanağıve yaratılan değer açısından önemi gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Ülkemizin içinde bulunduğu istihdam sorunu ve dışa açılmada yetersizliği dikkate alındığında bu konunun önemi daha iyi anlaşılacaktır. Turizm sektöründe görev yapan yöneticilerin yaşadıklarısorunların başında yönetsel sorunlar gelmektedir. Otel işletmelerinin yaşamlarınıbaşarıyla sürdürebilmeleri, sorunlarınıönceden teşhis ve çözümleme yollarınıbilmeleri ile yakından ilintilidir. Bu konudaki başarı, nitelikli işgücünün sağlanmasıve bu işgücünü işletmede uzun süreli istihdam ile sağlanabilir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, kuramsal bilgilerden yararlanılarak belirlenen otel işletmelerindeki bazıyönetsel sorunların ülkemizde faaliyet gösteren beşyıldızlıotel işletmelerindeki durumunu belirlemektir. Bu amaçla alan araştırmasıyapılmış, değerlendirmeler yapılarak öneriler sunulmuştur
In today’s quickly globed world, in the view of provided value and deploy possibility, the importance of service industry, especially tourism industry is increasing over day. The importance of the issue can be understood better; when Turkey’s deploy matter and being defective in opened-outside is considered. The main problems of manager working in tourism industry are managerial problems. The subsistence of hotel business is related to foreknow problem diagnosis and analyzing methods. This can be succeed to get qualified work force and employ long time it in business. This study is constituted two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, some managerial problems, emerged in hotel business, are examined, and in the practical part, it was used a questionnaire method to identify what managerial problems are at satisfying service delivering in five star hotels in Turkey. Based on the survey findings, several suggestions were proposed
