dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada yazının bulunmasına ve ilk dönem yazı örneklerine kısaca değinilmiş ve sonrasında yazı imgesinin yer aldığı Rönesans Dönemi örnekleriyle devam edilmiştir. Ağırlıklı olarak yazının 20. yüzyıl sanatına yansımaları ve yazının görsel bir imgeye dönüşüm süreçleri incelenmiştir. 20. yüzyılın başlarında sanatsal anlamda atılan adımlar, alternatif oluşumlar, manifestolar ve toplumsal olaylar, sanatta yeni arayışları da beraberinde getirmiştir. Alternatif oluşumlarda ve sanat hareketlerinde, plastik, biçimsel ve estetik kaygılar yanında, düşünce ve düşüncenin sanat olduğu yönündeki görüşlerin ortaya çıktığı da gözlemlenmektedir. Düşünceyi aktarmanın yollarından biri de yazıdır, dolayısıyla 1960 sonrası sanatçıların yapıtlarında, performanslarında, bildirilerinde düşüncenin aktarımı çoğunlukla dilsel göstergelerin kullanımı aracılığıyla olmuştur. Metinde özellikle 1960’larda kurulan Sanat ve Dil Grubunun oluşum süreci, kavramsal sanat ideolojisinin ortaya çıkışıyla beraber sanatın nesnesizleşmesi üzerinde durularak, salt yazı kullanımının görsel bir değere dönüşümü vurgulanmıştır. Yazının sanatta plastik ve görsel bir değer olarak sanat tarihinde yer alması, sanatçıların yapıtlarındaki kavramsal bakış açılarıyla incelenerek, öznel yaklaşımları açısından da değerlendirmeye gidilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractAbstract: In this study ,the discovery of writing and the first period writing samples were mentioned, and after that continued with the examples of the writing image of the Renaissance period. Mostly, the reflections of writing on 20th century art and the processes of transforming writing into a visual image were examined. At the beginning of the 20th century, the steps taken in the artistic sense, alternative formations, manifestos and social events led to new searhes in art. It is observed that in alternative formations and art movements, besides plastic, formal and esthetic concerns ,opinions that thought and thought are art have occured. One of the ways of transerring thought is writing, for this reason the conveyance of thought in the works, performance and statements of artists after 1960 was mostly through the use of linguistic signs. In the text, the formation process of the Art and Language Group (Art Language) which was formed in the 1960’s and the de-objectification of art with the occurence of the Conceptual Art ideology the transformation of pure writing into a visual value is emphasized. The fact that writing takes place in the history of art as a plastic and visual value that has been examined from the conceptual perspectives of the works of the artists and evaluated in terms of their subjective approaches.
