dc.description.abstract | Tiyosemikarbazonlar, tiyosemikarbazit bileşikleri ile aldehit veya ketonların reaksiyonu ile oluşan ve biyolojik aktivite özellikleri sebebiyle ilgi gören bileşiklerdir. Çalışma kapsamında, 2-aminotiyazol-5-karboksaldehit, tiyosemikarbazit bileşikleri (4-metil-3-tiyosemikarbazit, 4-feniltiyosemikarbazit) ve benzaldehit türevlerinin (5-floro-2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 5-floro-2-hidroksi-3-metilbenzaldehit, 3-kloro-5-florosalisilaldehit, 5-brom-2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 5-klorsalisilaldehit, 2-hidroksi-5-metilbenzaldehit) kondenzasyon reaksiyonu sonucu 10 (on) adet yeni tiyasemikarbazon bileşiği (MeTSC-CH3, MeTSC-Cl, PhTSC-CH3, PhTSC-Cl, MTSC-Br, MTSC-Cl, MTSC-CH3, FTSC-Br, FTSC-Cl, FTSC-CH3) sentezlendi. Elde edilen tiyazol içeren tiyosemikarbazon bileşiklerinin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemler (element analizi, FTIR, 1H-NMR, SEM-EDX, ve HRMS) ile karakterize edildi. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Thiosemicarbazones are compounds formed by the reaction of thiosemicarbazide compounds with aldehydes or ketones and are of interest due to their biological activity properties. In the scope of the study, 10 (ten) new thiasemicarbazone compounds (MeTSC-CH3, MeTSC-Cl, PhTSC-CH3, PhTSC-Cl, MTSC-Br, MTSC-Cl, MTSC-CH3, FTSC-Br, FTSC-Cl, FTSC-CH3) were synthesized from the condensation reaction of 2-aminothiazole-5-carboxaldehyde, thiosemicarbazide compounds (4-methyl-3-thiosemicarbazide, 4-phenylthiosemicarbazide) and benzaldehyde derivatives (5-fluoro-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5-fluoro-2-hydroxy-3-methylbenzaldehyde, 3-chloro-5-fluorosalicylaldehyde, 5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde). The structures of the obtained thiazole-containing thiosemicarbazone compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods (element analysis, FTIR, 1H-NMR, SEM-EDX, and HRMS). | en_US |
