dc.description.abstractAraştırma, yenidoğana venöz kan alma girişimi sırasında uygulanan anne sesi, müzik sesi ve beyaz gürültünün ağrı ve fiziksel parametreler üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla randomize kontrollü ve deneysel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma Düzce Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi ve Karabük Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Yenidoğan Yoğun bakım Ünitesi'nde Eylül 2017- Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini yapılan güç analizi sonucu 80 yenidoğan oluşturmuştur (20 yenidoğan müzik sesi grubu, 20 yenidoğan beyaz gürültü grubu, 20 yenidoğan anne sesi grubu ve 20 yenidoğan kontrol grubu). Bebeklerin gruplara dağılımı rastlantısal olarak yapılmış ve kontrol grubunda ki bebeklere rutin uygulamalar dışında hiçbir uygulama yapılmamıştır. Deney grubunda yer alan yenidoğanlara ise müzik sesi, beyaz gürültü, anne sesi dinletilmiştir. Bu uygulamalar sonucunda yenidoğanın ağrısı ve fiziksel parametreleri değerlendirilmiştir. Yenidoğanın ağrısı değerlendirildiğinde; kontrol grubunda yer alan yenidoğanlara ait ortalama NIPS değeri, müzik sesi, beyaz gürültü ve anne sesi grubunda yer alan yenidoğanlara ait ortalama NIPS değerlerinden anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur(p<0,05). Fiziksel parametre sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde; anne sesi grubunda yer alan ortalama Spo2 değeri, müzik sesi ve kontrol gruplarında yer alan ortalama Spo2 değerlerinden anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak; yenidoğanın ağrısının giderilmesinde deney grubunda ki tüm uygulamaların kontrol grubuna göre etkili olduğu ancak en etkin yöntemin anne sesi olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; yenidoğanın ağrısında ve fiziksel parametrelerin olumlu seyretmesinde anne sesi yönteminin nonfarmakolojik yöntem olarak kullanılması önerilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe research is done with randomized controlled and as experimental with the aim of to evaluate the effect of applied the mother's voice, music voice and white noise during venous bloodletting from the newborn on pain and physical parameters. The research is carried out at Health Practice and Research Center Infant Intensive Care Unit at Düzce University and Training and research Hospital of Karabük University in September 2017 - June 2019. This research is carried out with 80 newborn. Its determined for music voice 20 newborn, white noise 20 newborn, mother voice 20 newborn and control group 20 newborn. Babies are chosen to the groups randomly and the babies who is in control group didn't get any application except for routine ones. The babies who is in research groups get listened music voice, white noise and mother voice. After these implementations, the pains and physical parameters is evaluated. When the infants pain is evaluated; the average NIPS values of the babies who is in control group is found meaningly high from the newborn who is in music voice group, white noise group and mother voice group (p<0.5) When physical parameter results are evaluated, the newborn who is in mother voice group average Spo2 value is found meaningly high from the ones in control group and mother voice group (p<0.5) As a result; to diminish the pain of the newborn all applications are given better results if you compere with control group and its seen that the most effective method is mother's voice. As the result from to study, for a positive progress in the newborn pain and physical parameters, non-pharmatological applications are recommended.en_US
