Kök aile ilişkileri ile yetişkin bağlanma stilleri arasındaki ilişkide duygusal zekanın aracılık rolü

Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı kök aile ilişkileri ile yetişkin bağlanma stilleri arasındaki ilişkide duygusal zekanın aracılık rolünü incelemektir. Ayrıca kök aile ilişkileri, yetişkin bağlanma stilleri ve duygusal zekanın sosyo-demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubunu seçkisiz olmayan uygun örnekleme yoluyla ulaşılan, 18-65 yaş arası 410 katılımcı oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışma kapsamında veri toplama aracı olarak "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", "Kök Aile İle İlişkiler Envanteri", "İlişki Ölçekleri Anketi" ve "Rotterdam Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS Statistics 26 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerde Bağımsız Gruplar T Testi, Tek Yönlü Anova, Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyonu, Regresyon Analizi ve Hayes Process Analizi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda yetişkin bağlanma stillerinin "Güvenli Bağlanma" ve "Saplantılı Bağlanma" alt boyutları ile kök aile ilişkileri arasında duygusal zekanın kısmi aracılık rolü üstlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca duygusal zekanın kök aile ilişkileri ile kayıtsız bağlanma arasında baskılayıcı değişken olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
The main purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between on the relationships family of origin and adult attachment styles. In addition, it was aimed to examine whether the relationships in family of origin, adult attachment styles and emotional intelligence differ according to socio-demographic variables. The study group consisted of 410 participants aged 18-65, reached by non-random convenient sampling. In this study, "Personal Information Form", "The Scale of Relations with Family of Origin", "Relationship Scales Questionnaire" and "Rotterdam Emotional Intelligence Scale" were used as data collection tools. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. Independent Groups T-Test, One Way Anova, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Regression Analysis and Hayes Process Analysis were used in the analyses. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that emotional intelligence plays a partial mediation role between the "Secure Attachment" and "Obssesive Attachment" sub-dimensions of adult attachment styles and relationships in family of origin. In addition, it was concluded that emotional intelligence was a suppressive variable between relationships in family of origin and dismissive attachment.
