dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Türkiye'deki uygulanan turizm eğitim sistemi bağlamında turizm eğitiminin yapısı işleyişi ve belli başlı sorunları tartışılarak Türk Turizm Eğitim Sistemi'nin Ayrupa Birliği'nin Turizm Eğitimi sistemi ile karşılaştırılmasına ve Avrupa Birliği'ne uyum sürecinde yapılması gerekenlere ilişkin olası gelişmelere yer verilmiştir. Türkiye'de uygulanmakta olan mevcut turizm eğitim yapısı incelendiğinde; Dünya Turizm Örgütü'nün öngördüğü genel ilkelere (şablona) uyduğu gözlenmekle beraber Avrupa Birliği'nin önde gelen ülkelerinin (İtalya, Fransa, İngiltere, Almanya) turizm eğitim sistemine göre, okul türü ve sayılarının dağılımı itibari ile ters bir yapılanmaya sahip olduğu görülecektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this paper, related with the education system of tourism in Turkey, with the discussion of the pattern of the tourism education, the comparison of the education system of tourism in Turkey with the education system of tourism in European Union have been mentioned and also the probable improvements which must be done during the period of entrance to the European Union. When the present tourism education pattern is examined in Turkey, in addition to the observed appropriateness to the frame which is determined by the World Tourism Organization, according to the tourism education of leading countries of European Union (Italy, France, England, Germany); it will be seen a reverse ratio in the relation between the diferent type of schools and the total number of schools for each type.en_US
