dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında, bağıntı matrisine dayalı olarak renkli sayısal görüntülerin bölgelere ayrıştırılması ve kenar belirleme işlemi eş zamanlı olarak yapılmıştır. Üç boyutlu renk uzayına sahip olan görüntüler, bağıntı matrisi yardımıyla tek boyutlu renk uzayına dönüştürülerek, benzer pikseller beyaz ile farklı pikseller ise siyah renkle gösterilmiştir. Piksellerin benzerliği, üç farklı benzerlik fonksiyonu ile elde edilerek, her fonksiyon için bölge ayrıştırma ve kenar algılamaya ait sonuçlar verilmiştir. Bölge ayrıştırmada üssel fonksiyon ile daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilirken, kenar belirleme bölümünde ise lineer ve üssel fonksiyonlar ile temiz ve belirgin kenarlar oluşmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, segmentation of color digital images and detection of edge procedures are done simultaneously by using relation matrix. Digital images having three-dimensional color space are transformed into one-dimensional color space with the aid of relation matrix in the obtained images, similar pixels are displayed as white while non-similar pixels are shown in black. Similarities of pixels are obtained by using three different relation functions and for each function, the results belonging to segmentation and edge detection are given. Whereas better results are obtained with the aid of exponential function in segmentation, clear and accurate edges are formed by using linear and exponential functions in edge detection.en_US
