Özet
Bu çalışmada özel bir bankanın Batı Karadeniz Bölgesinde yer alan tüm şubelerinde çalışan personelinin eko-turizme ilişkin algı ve tutumlarını ölçmek hedeflenmektedir. Bu amaçla, anket tekniği kullanılarak, farklı pozisyonlarda görev yapan aynı bankanın toplamda 92 banka çalışanının görüşlerinin saptanması hedeflenmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizi için SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak, sıklık ve yüzde analizleri, ortalama ve çapraz tablo analizleri ile çözümlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, araştırmaya katılan personelin cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, çalıştığı il, ekoturizm kaynağına yakınlığı, ekoturizm faaliyetlerine katılma sıklığı, çevresel sorumluluk ve bilinç düzeyi, serbest zaman miktarı ve serbest zamanı değerlendirme alışkanlıkları, kitle turizm ve ekoturizm tercihleri belirlenerek, aralarında ilişki olup olmadığı, iş tatmini ve motivasyonlarına katkısı ölçülmüştür.
In this study, it is aimed to measure the perceptions and attitudes of the employees of a private bank working in all branches located in the Western Black Sea Region towards eco-tourism. For this purpose, using the questionnaire technique, it is aimed to determine the opinions of a total of 92 bank employees of the same bank working in different positions. For the analysis of the data obtained, SPSS 22.0 program was used and analyzed with frequency and percentage analysis, average and cross-tabular analysis. In this context, the gender, age, marital status, province of employment, proximity to the ecotourism source, frequency of participation in ecotourism activities, level of environmental responsibility and awareness, amount of free time and free time utilization habits, mass tourism and ecotourism preferences of the personnel participating in the research were determined and the relationship between them and their contribution to job satisfaction and motivation were measured.
