dc.description.abstractBilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki değişimler hayatın her alanında olduğu gibi iş dünyasında da oldukça etkili olmaya başlamıştır. Günümüzde işletmelerin rekabet ortamında hayatta kalabilmeleri için teknolojik değişimlere hızla uyum sağlamaları önemli bir başarı ölçütü haline gelmiştir. İşletmelerin yaşadığı bu değişim süreci, çalışanlarını da büyük oranda etkilemiştir. Çalışanların yaşanan değişimlere hızla ayak uydurma gereklilikleri, teknoloji kaynaklı strese neden olabilmektedir. Teknolojik stres ise çalışanların performansını etkileyebilecek potansiyele sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, teknolojik stresin bireysel iş performansına etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma verileri Düzce’ de tekstil sektöründe çalışan 160 kişiden anket tekniği ile toplanmıştır. SPSS26 programı kullanılarak yapılan analizler neticesinde, araştırmaya katılanların orta derecede teknolojik stres yaşadıkları ve bireysel iş performanslarının da yüksek olduğunu düşündükleri sonucuna erişilmiştir. Çalışanların yaşadığı teknolojik stres ise bireysel iş performansını negatif olarak etkilemektedir. Ayrıca araştırmaya katılanların demografik özelliklerine göre de teknolojik stres ve bireysel iş performansı algısı da farklılık göstermektedir.
dc.description.abstractChanges in information and communication technologies have begun to be quite effective in the business world as well as in all areas of life. Today, it has become an important success criterion for businesses to adapt rapidly to technological changes in order to survive in a competitive environment. This change process experienced by businesses has also greatly affected their employees. The requirements of employees to keep up with the changes experienced can cause technology-induced stress. Technological stress has the potential to affect the performance of employees. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of technological stress on individual job performance. The research data were obtained from 160 people working in the textile sector in Düzce, through questionnaires. As a result of the analyzes made using the SPSS26 program, it was concluded that the participants of the study experienced moderate technological stress and thought that their individual job performance was high. Technological stress experienced by employees negatively affects individual job performance. In addition, the perception of technological stress and individual job performance differs according to the demographic characteristics of the participants.
