| dc.description.abstract | Stratejik planlama, örgütlerin geleceğe yönelik planlarını çevresel etmenleri dikkate alarak değişim merkezli yürütmesidir. Örgütün, çevresel değişkenler karşısında tepkide bulunan bir konumda bulunması yerine hem iç hem de dış ortamın proaktif bir öznesi olması temeline dayanan strateji kavramı, eğitim örgütlerinin de güncel gelişmeler karşısında yenilenmeleri ve toplumsal beklentilere cevap verebilmesi, hatta onun yönlendiricisi olmasını öngörmektedir. Eğitim sunulacak insanların farklı yerel bölgelerde, farklı toplumsal, ekonomik ve coğrafi şartlarda yaşadığı düşünüldüğünde bölgelere göre yerel düzeyde stratejik planlama yapılmasının bir gereklilik olduğu ileri sürülmektedir. Bu araştırma, 2000-2008 yılları arasında Bilecik ilindeki öğrenci, öğretmen, derslik vb gibi eğitim durumunu ilgilendiren sayısal etmenlerde yaşanan değişimlerin yıllara göre dalgalanmasını incelemektedir. Betimsel nitelikteki bu incelemede, yerel düzeyde eğitim planlaması kapsamına giren geçen yedi yıla ait sayısal veriler yorumlanarak Bilecik ilinin gelecekteki eğitim durumuna ilişkin kestirimlerde bulunulması ve stratejik planlamanın yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. 2000 yılından sonraki eğitim durumuna ve dolayısıyla buna etki eden etmenlere dikkat çekmeyi hedefleyen bu araştırmada, örneklem alma yoluna gidilmemiş, il genelindeki bütün öğretmen, öğrenci ve okul sayılarına ilişkin istatistikler araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır | |
| dc.description.abstract | Strategic planning is a mind-set, an approach to looking at the changes in the internal and external environment that confront the organisations. the strategic approach is oriented toward the future. It recognizes that the environment will change. It is a long range orientation, that tries to anticipate events rather than simply react as they ocur and means for education to appeal the needs and expectation of environment even to lead them in a restructured and renewed manner. When it is considered that the people of a country may live in a heterogeneous socio-economic and geo-politic regions, the neccessity of local level stretegic educational planning and school mapping could be comprehended better so as to appeal the needs of the citizens in a well-balanced manner. This research investigate on the fluctuation among the quantities of teachers, students, classes which are directly affect the quality of education between 2000 and 2008. Furthermore, the intent of this research is also to draw demographic, geographic, social, economics mobility of Bilecik. There was no need of sampling since it is aimed to monitor the fluctuation of the educational settings and the causes of this fluctuation last decade, all the educational institution have been included. | |
