dc.description.abstractThe measurement, calculation, mean, and thus experience of time, in terms of historicity, differ within the different periods of time. The body, in where experience is being embodied, has always close relationship with time. The relation between the body and time sprawls on a large area that is from the discipline of the bodily practices through time to the significance of time in construction of self, and to the transformation of the connection between the body-time-space. This article, in terms of the relation between the body and time, argues the influences of time on the bodily experiences. Furthermore, the aim of the article is, taking the enhancements of communication and information technologies into consideration, to present a conceptual and empirical framework towards the paths of the changing of the reciprocal relations between the body and time in late modern social formation. Accordingly, the article takes virtual reality, augmented reality, and social media as a ground in order to discuss the relationship between time – space – body which continuously transforms and changes.en_US
dc.description.abstractZamanın ölçümü, hesaplanması, anlamı ve dolayısıyla zamanın deneyimi tarihsel açıdan farklı dönemlere göre değişiklik göstermektedir. Deneyimin cisimleştiği beden ise her daim zamanla yakın ilişki içinde olmuştur. Beden ve zaman arasındaki bu ilişki, bedensel pratiklerin zaman üzerinden düzenlenip kontrol edilişinden; zamanın benlik inşasındaki kritik önemine ve teknolojik gelişmelerin beden - zaman - mekân bağını dönüşüme uğratmasına kadar geniş bir alana yayılmıştır. Bu makale, beden ve zaman arasındaki ilişkiye yönelik olarak, zamanın bedensel deneyimler üzerindeki etkisini tartışmaktadır. Geç modern toplumsal formasyon içinde, iletişim ve enformasyon teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerle birlikte, beden ve zaman arasındaki bu karşılıklı ilişkinin değişiminin izleklerine yönelik kavramsal ve ampirik bir çerçeve sunmak, söz konusu makalenin amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda makale, sanal gerçeklik, artırılmış gerçeklik ve sosyal medya araçlarını, sürekli olarak dönüşen zaman-mekân-beden arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmek için kendine bir zemin olarak almaktadır.en_US
