dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, advers olay değerlendirme süreci için Küresel Tetikleyici Aracı ile istenmeyen olay bildirim sistemini (İOBS) karşılaştırmaktır. Ayrıca GTT'nin kadın doğum kliniğine uyarlanması ve kadın doğum kliniğine uygun üç tetikleyicinin literatüre kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: GTT verileri, iki yıllık dönemde, retrospektif çalışma ile hasta dosyasına ait bilgilerin işlenmesi ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini, 2018 ve 2019 tarihleri arasında 18 yaş üstü, psikiyatri servisinde yatmamış ve 24 saatten uzun süre kadın doğum kliniğinde kalmış hastalardan ayda 20 hasta dosyası oluşturmuştur. Aynı dönemde yaşanan istenmeyen olay bildirim vakaları ile karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Bin Hasta Günü Başına Düşen Advers Olay 47,81, Bin Hasta Yatış Başına Düşen Advers Olay 95,83 ve Advers Olay Bulunan Yatışların oranı ise %9,58 olarak tespit edilmiştir. İOBS'inde iki yılda çıkan vaka sayısı 85 olup zarar gören vaka sayısı ise ondur. GTT modüllerinin İOBS'ne göre 8,3 kat daha fazla vaka tespit ettiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: GTT aracına ait altı modülden dördünün (sağlık hizmetleri, ilaç, perinatal ve cerrahi modüller) kadın doğum kliniğindeki advers olayları tespit ettiği ve iki modülün ise (acil ve yoğun bakım) klinikteki advers olaylara duyarsız kaldığı belirlenmiştir. Kadın doğum uzmanlarına hazırlatılan üç yeni tetikleyicinin (vajinal amaliyat, propes kullanımı ve CRP yüksekliği) advers olayları tespit etme düzeyi, tatmin edicidir. dc.description.abstractAim: The main purpose of this study is to compare the Global TriggerTool for adverse event assessment process with an unwanted (voluntary) event reporting system (UERS). Also, it is intended to adapt GTT to obstetrics and gynecology clinic and to bring three triggers suitable for the gynecology service to the literature. Material and Method: GTT data, in two years, obtained by processing the information of the patient file with a retrospective study. The population of the study consisted of 20 patient files per month among patients over the age of 18, who were not hospitalized in the psychiatric service and stayed in the obstetrics clinic for more than 24 hours between 2018 and 2019. A comparison was made with the adverse event reporting cases experienced in the same period. Results: It has been determined that the rate of adverse events per 1,000 patient days was 47.81, adverse events per 1000 patients were 95.83, and the rate of hospitalizations with adverse avents was 9.58%. The number of cases occurring in two years in UERS is 85 and the number of cases seen is ten. It was determined that GTT modules detected 8,3 times more cases than UERS. Conclusion: It was determined that four of the six modules of the GTT tool (healthcare, drug, perinatal, and surgical modules) detected adverse events in the obstetrics clinic and two modules (emergency and intensive care) remained sensitive to adverse events in the clinic. The level of detecting adverse events of three new triggers (vaginal surgery, use of propess, and high CRP) prepared by obstetricians is satisfactory.en_US
