Within the scope of the study, 8 week kor exercises applied to athletes engaged in air gun shooting sports; It was aimed to examine the effects of balance stabilization on 10 meter shooting performance. SPSS (version 26.0) package program was used to analyze the data. The variables measured in the study are presented as mean and standard deviation (Std. Deviation). The normality distribution of the data was examined with the Shapiro-Wilk test because the number of participants was less than 50. In the analysis of data showing normality distribution; Independent t-test and Mann-Whitney-U tests were used to compare two independent groups, and t-test (Paired t-test) and Wilcoxon tests were used to compare two dependent groups. Statistical significance level was accepted as p<0.05. A total of 12 people participated in the study, including the experimental group (n = 6) and the control group (n = 6). The height of the experimental group is 170.50 ± 2.67, and the height of the control group is 176.67 ± 9.03. Body weights in the experimental group; 67.07 ± 5.42 in the control group; While the body fat ratio was 72.75 ± 9.93 in the experimental group; 19.12 ± 6.40 in the control group; It is 19.18 ± 7.59. In the results of working; It was determined that there was no significant difference between the groups in the pre-test measurements (p>0.05). It was determined that there was no significant difference between the groups in the post-test values (p>0.05). As a result of the pre-test - post-test comparisons of the experimental group in terms of static balance, it was determined that there was a difference in favor of the pre-test (p <0.05). It was determined that there was no significant difference in the control group in terms of static balance as a result of pretest-posttest comparisons (p>0.05). It was determined that there was no significant difference in the pre-test - post-test comparisons of the experimental group in terms of shooting skor (p>0.05). It was determined that there was no significant difference in the pre-test - post-test comparisons of the control group in terms of shooting skor (p>0.05). The conclusion of the study is that there are many parameters affecting shooting performance, the participants have been active in the shooting branch for a long time and the shooters are at a level that we can describe as elite, most of the shooting parameters are well-established in athletes at this level, the 8-week training method may be insufficient for the development process and the situations affecting shooting performance cannot be detected. is considered to have an impact.
