dc.description.abstractObjective background: Fantom pain is felt just as same lost extremity. It is undeniable that there is an effect of psychiatric factors like and firstly depression on pain. Case: In this case report, a 48 year woman patient with amputed two legs above knee is reported. She was talked about her legs like present and tingling pain. Discussion: It would be better to select drugs especially effecting on both seretonin and noradrenalin pathways. In this article, a resistant case with fantom limb pain and depression was treated successfully with Mirtazapin 30 mg/day.en_US
