Özet
Bu çalışmada, okul idarecilerinin okul sporlarına bakış açılarını belirlemek ve bu alandaki rollerinin önemini vurgulamak amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca, bu araştırmada, okul idarecilerinin bu görüşlerinin cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem yılı, spora dair ilgileri, görev yaptıkları yer ve okul kademesine göre nasıl değişebileceği belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak, amaçsal örnekleme yöntemi olarak da bilinen maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, tarama araştırması deseni kullanılarak nicel araştırma yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Okul idarecilerinin okul sporlarına ilişkin görüşlerini toplamak için anlık tarama çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubumuzu Düzce'de görev yapan 407 okul yöneticisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplamak için okul yöneticilerinin okul sporlarının gelişimi, faydası ve değerlendirilmesine yönelik algılarını ölçen "Okul Sporları Değerlendirme Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizi SPSS programı aracılığıyla oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmada kullanılan sonuçların ilk olarak çarpıklık ve basıklık değerlerine bakılmıştır. Bu çalışma, okul sporlarının, okul idarecileri açısından taşıdığı önemi vurgulamaktadır. Okul idarecilerinin okul sporlarına yönelik olumlu bakış açıları, ilerleyen dönemlerde ortaöğretim kurumlarında ve Türkiye'de sporun gelişimine katkı sağlayacağı düşünüldüğünden okul sporlarına olan katılımın artacağı, katılımcıların kendi performanslarını değerlendirme fırsatı bulacağından eksik ve yanlış yönlerinin düzeltilerek performanslarının artmasına ve bunun sonucunda ülkemizde başarılı sporcuların yetiştirilmesinde önemli bir rol oynayacaktır. This study aims to determine the perspectives of school administrators on school sports and to emphasize the importance of their roles in this area. In addition, this study determined how these views of school administrators may change according to gender, age, seniority, interest in sports, place of duty and school level. The maximum variation sampling technique, also known as the purposive sampling method, was used as the data collection method. In this study, quantitative research methods were applied using the survey research design. An instant survey study was conducted to collect the views of school administrators on school sports. Our research group consisted of 407 school administrators working in Düzce. The "School Sports Evaluation Scale", which measures the perceptions of school administrators regarding the development, benefits and evaluation of school sports, was used to collect data in the study. The analysis of the collected data was created through the SPSS program. The skewness and kurtosis values of the results used in the study were first examined. This study emphasizes the importance of school sports for school administrators. The positive perspectives of school administrators towards school sports are thought to contribute to the development of sports in secondary education institutions and in our country in the future, and thus, participation in school sports will increase, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their own performances, and their performances will increase by correcting their deficiencies and mistakes, and as a result, they will play an important role in raising successful athletes in our country.
