Ratlarda Oluşturulan Deneysel Diz Osteoartrit Modelinde İntraartiküler Glukozamin Sülfat Uygulamasının Kondroprotektif Etkisi

| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to examine the condroprotective efficacies of intraarticular glucosamine-sulfate administrationsin an experimental osteoarthritis model in rats. There are 2 groups in this study. 15 rats for each group (total 30) wereused in this study. The knee joints of the rats were seen macroscopically and the anterior cruciate ligaments (acl) wereresected. Two weeks after the surgery, three injections were administered intra-articularly once two weeks. 12mg/0.06cc glucosamine-sulfate was injected to the intraarticular cavity to the rats in group 1 (glucosamine-sulphate group). 50ul/0.05 cc 0.9% NaCl solution was injected to the intraarticular cavity to the rats in group 2 (control group). The ratswere sacrificed eight weeks later and the preparations were evaluated histopatologically. In the osteoarthritic rat kneejoints, the histopathological effects of tissue regeneration of glucosamine sulfate and HA applications compared to thecontrol group were shown to be statistically significant. Glucosamine sulphate administration can be accepted as analternative treatment protocol in the treatment of osteoartritis in the knee joint. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu ccedil;alışmada deneysel olarak osteoartrit oluşturulan ratlarda intraartik uuml;ler glukozamins uuml;lfat uygulamasınınkondroprotektif etkisinin değerlendirilmesi ama ccedil;lanmıştır. Ccedil;alışmada 2 grup olup, her grupta 15 olmak uuml;zere toplam30 rat kullanılmıştır. Ratların dizlerinde ouml;n ccedil;apraz bağ makroskopik olarak g ouml;r uuml;lm uuml;ş ve eksize edilmiştir. Cerrahiişlemden 2 hafta sonra her iki gruba da 1 hafta ara ile 3 kez intra artik uuml;ler enjeksiyon uygulanmıştır. 1. gruba (glukosamin s uuml;lfat grubu) 12mg/0.06cc glukosamin s uuml;lfat intraartik uuml;ler olarak uygulanmıştır. 2. gruba (kontrol grubu) intraartik uuml;ler 50 mu;l/0.05cc %0.9 luk NaCL(Sodyum klorid) uygulanmıştır. Cerrahi sonrası 8. hafta ratlar sakrifiye edilmiştir ve elde edilen preparatlar histopatolojik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonu ccedil; olarak osteoartritli ratlarda Glukozamin s uuml;lfat uygulamasının kontrol grubuna kıyasla rejenerasyon dokusundaki histopatolojik etkilerinin istatiksel a ccedil;ıdan anlamlı olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Glukozamin s uuml;lfatın intraartik uuml;ler uygulaması osteoartritli dizlerde uygulanabilecek alternatif bir tedavi y ouml;ntemi olarak değerlendirilebilir. | |
