dc.description.abstractLymphoepithelial carcinomas are rarely found in parotid gland and more common in female. Racial and geographicalfactors are involved in the pathogenesis. The relationship with Ebstein Barr virus is important. 73 years old woman withone year history of left facial pain and mass received total parotidectomy and histopathological analyses showed theLymphoepithelial carcinoma. dc.description.abstractParotis bezi kaynaklı lenfoepitelyal karsinomlar parotis bezinin nadir görülen tümörlerinden biridir ve bayanlarda daha yaygındır. Irk ve coğrafi faktörler patogenezinde etkilidir. Ebstein Barr Virüs pozitifliği ile yakın ilişkisi bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda bir senedir sol parotis lojunda şişlik ve ağrı şikâyeti bulunan 73 yaşında bayan hastamız sunulmuştur. Parotidektomi sonrası yapılan patolojik değerlendirme sonucu lenfoepitelyal karsinom olarak gelen olgumuz literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
