| dc.description.abstract | Flora of Turkey is very rich for wild mushrooms. Turkey exports a high scale of mushroom to manycountries. Major exported wild mushroom species are Morchella spp., Boletus spp., Tricholoma spp., Lactariusspp., Rhizopogon spp., Hydnum spp., Cantharellus spp., Craterellus spp., Terfezia spp. and Amanita ceaserea.Nowadays, demand for wild mushrooms as organic product raises gradually. Certificate of organic product couldbe provided for wild mushrooms picked up from the nature. Certification of wild mushrooms picking up fromthe nature can give an opportunity to the producers for their joining to the high profitable organic markets andcontributed to increase the diversion of organic products in markets. These mushrooms could be accepted asorganic products if the mandatory requirements are met. | dc.description.abstract | Türkiye florası doğal mantarlar bakımından çok zengindir. Türkiye birçok ülkeye önemli miktarlardadoğal mantar ihraç etmektedir. İhraç edilen başlıca doğa mantarları Morchella, Boletus, Tricholoma, Lactarius,Rhizopogon, Hydnum, Cantharellus, Craterellus ve Terfezia türleri ile Amanita ceaserea’dır. Günümüzdeorganik ürün olarak doğal mantarlara olan talep giderek artmaktadır. Doğadan toplanan mantarlar için organikürün sertifikası alınabilmektedir. Doğadan toplanan mantarların sertifikalandırılması, üreticilere yüksek karlıorganik pazarlara girme olanağı sağlayabilir ve organik pazardaki ürün çeşitliliğinin artmasına katkıdabulunabilir. Gerekli koşullar yerine getirilirse bu mantarlar organik ürün olarak kabul edilebilir. Bu makalede,doğa mantarlarının toplanmasından tüketiciye ulaşmasına kadar geçen süreçte organik sertifika alabilmesi içingerekli koşullar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. | |
