MONOLEXIS FUSCICORNIS’ İN (HYMENOPTERA) PARKELERDE ZARAR YAPAN LYCTUS BRUNNEUS (COLEOPTERA) BÖCEĞİNİN PARAZİTOİTİ OLARAK DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

dc.description.abstractLyctus brunneus Bostrichidae üst familyası Lyctidaefamilyasına ait böcektir. Meşe, ceviz, çınar, karaağaç, Afrikamaunu gibi parke yapımında kullanılan endüstriyel odunların diriodununa zarar verir. Dişi böcekler yapraklı ağaçlarıntrahelerine yumurtalarını koymak suretiyle yumurtadan çıkanlarvalar parkelerde zarar yapmaktadır. Bu böcek ile mücadeleemprenye ve fumigasyon gibi çeşitli kimyasal yöntemleruygulanmaktadır. Ancak kimyasal mücadele birçok araştırmacıtarafından uygun görülmemektedir. Bu çalışmada parkelerde zararyapan Lyctus brunneus böceğinin doğal parazitoiti olanMonolexis fuscicornis (Hymenoptera) ele alınmıştır. Düzceilinde faaliyet gösteren bir kereste fabrikasında ceviz (Juglanssp.) kerestelerinde yoğun bir şekilde zarar yapmakta olanLyctus brunneus ergin ve larvaları kerestelerle birliktelaboratuvara transfer edilmiş ve izlemeye alınmıştır. Lyctusbrunneus ve parazitoit türünün ergin çıkışlarının enyoğun olduğu temmuz-ağustos aylarında, parazitlenme oranının %63,5 olduğu görülmüştür. Bu parazitlenme oranı ile Monolexisfuscicornis’in önemli bir predominant etki gösterdiği tespitedilmiştir. Sonuç olarak Lyctus brunneus zararlarınınbiyolojik kontrolünde Monolexis fuscicornis dikkate alınmasıgereken türdür. Ancak parazitoit erginlerinin odundan çıkışıteknik zararı azaltmadığından, mücadele diğer entegre zararlıyönetim teknikleriyle uyum içerisinde yürütülmelidir
dc.description.abstractLyctus brunneus is a beetle that belonging to Lyctidae family of the superfamily Bostrichidae. It damages sapwoods of the industrial woods used in making parquet such as oak, walnut, cinnamon, elm, African mahogany. Female insects put their eggs to the vessels of broad leaved trees and the larvae that come out from the eggs damage to wood. Various chemical methods such as impregnation and fumigation are applied to this insect for struggling. However, the chemical struggle is not suitable for many researchers. In this study, Monolexis fuscicornis (Hymenoptera) has been studied which is the natural parasitoid of the Lyctus brunneus beetle. Lyctus brunneus which has been extensively damaged in walnut wood in a timber factory operating in the Duzce province has been transferred to the laboratories along with timber and larvae. In July - August, when Lyctus brunneus and parasitoid adult exits were most intense, 62.21% of the parasitism rate was detected. With this parasitism rate, Monolexis fuscicornis has been shown to have a significant predominant effect. As a result, Monolexis fuscicornis is the species that should be considered in the biological control of Lyctus brunneus damages. However, as the exit hole of the parasitoid does not reduce a technical damage, the fight should be carried out in harmony with other integrated pest management techniques.
