dc.description.abstractIn this study, the general condition of the industrial enterprises of forest products in Düzce in terms of quality facilities is tried to be stated. For this purpose a survey is applied to 37 industrial enterprises of forest products in Düzce with face to face interviews. As a result of the study it is revealed that 64,9% of the enterprises have a section for quality control, 51,4% of the workers in quality control had training on quality, 54,8% of the enterprises have a certificate of quality and 48,5% of them are a part of research-development studies. Furthermore the enterprises have stated that they have done studies on performance in terms of production.
dc.description.abstractAraştırmada Düzce ilinde faaliyette bulunan orman ürünleri sanayi işletmelerinin kalite faaliyetleri ile ilgili genel durumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Düzce’de belirlenen 37 orman ürünleri sanayi işletmesine yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, çalışmaya katılan işletmelerin %64,9’unda kalite kontrol bölümünün bulunduğu, kalite kontrol bölümünde çalışanların %51,4’ünün kalite konusunda eğitim aldığı, işletmelerin %54,8’inde kalite belgesinin bulunduğu ve %48,5’inin Ar-Ge çalışması yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca işletmeler üretimde verimlilik konusunda çalışmalar yaptıklarını belirtmişlerdir.
