This study was done to make use and determine the effectiveness of Child Literature activity in develop the children's parents reading book habituation which are educated their child in Duzce University Preschool. This is thinking of the mother and father's candidates will be effect of their habituation attitude about reading book positive direction through child literature. In this study, this is wanted to practice the Child Literature activities by children's parents at home ambiance along the 12 weeks and on verge of 30 min. twice a week and addition to this are wanted to each child parents to practice at school 30 min. per a week of a subject about Child Literature activities which was selected by parents. The horizon of research was composed by 3-4-5 age of girl and boy students which arestudied at Duzce University Kindergarten at 2012-2013academicyear. The Scale of Attitude About Reading Book which validity and reliability was made by Gomleksiz was apply and checked of the differences between before activities first test and last test points as semi-empirical (one-group pretest-posttest design). At the end of the along the 12 weeks. The dates arithmetic average and Standard diversion were given and the (paired test) t-test was used to statistic analyses. When the diagnosis was being analyzed, there was an modicum changing about parent's total points of the habituation of reading book attitude scale was increased an amount of points betwixt first test and last test but this increasing don't marked being significantly. To be in process of education of activities alt dimensions are observed as statistical which was found that the most increased sub dimension of efficacy among the sub dimensions of requirement, effectiveness, avidity, affection, habituation and benefits. According the results of this study, this was seen appear perform to Child Literary Activities which are practiced by parents are an efficiency assistance factor which was educated being efficiency of parent's habituation of reading book but this supporting factor is able to not enough to developing parent's habituation of reading book being solitary. This was suggested with this study, right along with reading book, the research must repeat with making practices includes set of variants other factors and different activities and applications. According to this aim, the toys were used which prepared by specialists because of developing the lifelong learning skills. The research was composed of pre-test and post-test semi empirical model and its' sample composed of 104 first class of 66 month aged student including 52 experimental group and 52 control group which were training in Duzce city primary schools depended On National Education Ministry Before starting the education the test entitled 'Frostig Developmental Test Of Visual Perception' was developed by Marianne Frostig and studied of validity and reliability by Sokmen (1994) was used as pre-test and post-test. For education programme, the ambiance was disagned for purpose by specialists and trained during the 12 week of 2 days 60 min. per a week. The datas, according the research results were determined by SPSS packet programme and the education orientation of toys based on lifelong learning skills was stated that the education differentiated the 66 month aged of students' visual memory and percept mechanisms for positive rounded significantly.Öğe Bone Mineral Density Assessment with DEXA in Hyperthyroid Patients who had Received Radioiodine Treatment(Springer, 2010) İlçe, H.T.; Yıldırım, M.; Erkan, M.E.; Korkmaz, A.N.; Ataoğlu, S.; Doğan, A.S.…Öğe Lise öğrencilerinde pirsing uygulamaları(2009) Savaşer, Sevim; Balcı, Serap; Arslan, Özdinçer Sevda; Metreş, ÖzlemAmaç: İngilizce'de "delmek" anlamına gelen "piercing (pirsing)" cilt, cilt altı tabakasının ya da kıkırdağın delinmesi ile vücuda takı takılmasıdır. Gençler arasında moda olan pirsing, cinsel organ dahil vücudun her bölgesine yapılabilmektedir. Pirsing uygulamalarının, kaş ya da kulakta sinir zedelenmesi, Hepatit B ve C, HJV, tetanoz başta olmak üzere bir çok hastalığa neden olduğu belirtilmektedir. Yöntem: Adolesanlann pirsing ile ilgili bilgi ve uygulamalarını belirlemek amacı ile tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan soru formu ile İstanbul'da rast gele belirlenen 7 lisede öğrenim gören 1726 öğrenciden elde edildi. Veriler SPSS 11.0 programında frekans dağılım, yüzdelik ve ki-kare testleri ile değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Öğrencilerin; yaş ortalamasının 17.20.6 yıl, % 87.5'inin kız olduğu, %82.6'sının uygulama riskleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmadığı, %16.6'sının (287 öğrenci) pirsing yaptırdığı, yaptırmayanların (1439 kişi) %14.2'sinin yaptırmayı düşündüğü saptandı. Öğrencilerin; kulak (%88.5), burun (%10.5), göbek (%7.7), dudak (%4.9), cinsel organ ve meme ucu (%4.2), kaş (%3.5), dil (%2.1) gibi bölgelerine pirsing yaptırdıkları, arkadaş (%66.1), aile üyesi (19.6) ve sanatçıları (%14.3) örnek aldıkları belirlendi. Uygulama sırasında steril iğne kullanılmadığını belirtenlerin oranı %28.2, riskleri hakkında bilgi verilmediğini belirtenlerin oranı %78.0 idi. Araştırmaya katılanların çoğunluğu (%66.9) tekrar pirsing yaptırmayı düşündüğünü ifade etti. Sonuç: Öğrencilerin pirsing riskleri konusunda bilgilerinin yeterli olmadığı, çoğunlukla kulağa pirsing yaptırdıkları, eğitim düzeyi ve gelir durumu yüksek olan ailelerde pirsing uygulamalarının daha fazla olduğu saptandı. Her ortamda görev yapan, toplumun sağlığının korunması ve geliştirilmesinde önemli yeri olan hemşirelerin, gençlere, ailelere ve öğretmenlere pirsing ve riskleri konusunda eğitim yapması önerilebilir.
