By documenting every type of human experience and incorporating the diverse similarities and differences among nations, language constructs an unlimited, living museum of inclusivity. As a result, language establishes a collective social memory and inherently fosters intercultural fluidity and the need for foreign language acquisition, paralleling an individual's desire to communicate with others. Museums rank among the primary spaces that can be utilized to diversify learning environments and illustrate cultural elements in the foreign language learning process, which progresses more rapidly when cultural components of the target language are conveyed.This study aims to examine the museums of Kars within the context of receptive language competencies. The observation phase of the research included museums in the city center of Kars that actively receive visitors. The data collected during the research were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. The findings highlight the significance of museums in teaching Turkish as a foreign language and emphasize the necessity of planning museum visits in accordance with the target audience.
