    An Education Set for Solar Cell Models

    It is well known that solar energy is renewable energy source and also it is the origin of renewable energy types. The solar energy is constantly and can be used in the desired each geographical area; therefore, the importance of using this energy increases in production of electrical energy with each passing day. In this study, the equivalent electrical circuit models of the solar cells and equations of these models were given. Using these equations the equivalent, circuit models were designed in Matlab Simulink program. To examining the characteristics of the circuits an interface was designed in Matlab GUI environment. With designed interface circuit characteristics and graphics of the circuits can easily obtained and analyzed.
