It has been showing fibraelastic proliferation and arising from subscapular or infrascapular region. A 72 year-old female with bilateral elastofibroma dorsi is reported. The aim of this study is to point out the importance of elastofibroma dorsi to the comparatively less experienced clinicians and radiologists and to discuss the best way to diagnose this tumor. Method: Hundred patients with idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome were included in the study. BQ was applied for all the patients.
