TQM will play a key role in increasing the quality with the features such as leadership, nbsp;democratic environment, process management and learning organization in the organizations.The aim of this study is to demonstrate how teachers perceive TQM in basic education institutions and to nbsp;determine their thoughts on their TQM Düzce province in the study sample was taken and general screening nbsp;method was used as the method.The population of the study consists of teachers working in basic education institutions in Düzce province. nbsp;Information collected of the participants by the scale method was assessed with the help of statistical software nbsp;package. Developed by the researcher "Total Quality Management PerceptionScale" was used as data gathering nbsp;tool. The most significant findings obtained in this study; it is the result that TQM principles must be nbsp;implemented in educational institutions where as in educational institutions TQM related seminars, conferences, nbsp;in-service training were not held in sufficient numbers and the reward system is not fair and full.
