ANALYSIS OF MHRS AS A MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN HEALTH WITH TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL
(Düzce Üniversitesi, 2022) Topçuoğlu, Ethem; Kavak, Onur; Kaygın, Erdoğan
Developing technology brings many innovations to make people's lives easier. In parallel with the innovations experienced, new management information systems are being developed in the field of health. In this sense, the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS) used in our country is a solution developed to increase service quality, reduce costs, and increase planning and coordination. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the technology acceptance model and the MHRS system. In this context, data were collected by applying a sampling questionnaire consisting of 248 people. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS, AMOS and WarpPLS programs. In terms of the results obtained, it was determined that the quality of the MHRS system was effective in terms of perceived benefit (?=0.242). However, the resulting value is important in terms of showing that approximately one out of every four people using the MHRS system benefits. As a result of the resignation of doctors, it has unfortunately become impossible to make an appointment with many polyclinics. It is thought that these problems will be corrected in the coming period and the system will become functional again. This idea stems from the fact that the MHRS system has an easy-to-use system that can be accessed from many areas. It is seen that system quality has a significant and positive effect on attitude. The increase in the quality of the system directs the attitude of the patients towards the MHRS system in a way that increases. Ease of use increases the perceived benefit and enables patients to use and benefit from the system more.
