This disease is often mistaken foradrenoleucodistrophy and intracranial tumor. A-thirteen-year old patient who applied with thecomplaints of sudden onset of walking and speech loss and visual loss was thought to besuffering from Schilder and adrenoleucodistrophy by magnetic resonance image appearancebut adrenoleucodistrophy was excluded with laboratory findings. We present this due to itssymmetrical involvement and discussed the case with radiologic findings
