    According to Teachers Opinions Problems Encountered by Students in their Vocational Education in Businesses and Solution Suggestions

    In this research, it was aimed to reveal the vocational education processes of the students studying in special education vocational schools in the direction of teachers opinions, the problems they encountered in this process and to determine the solution proposals. Case study design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group of the research consisted of 10 vocational teachers working in the Special Education Vocational School in the city center of Düzce in the 2022-2023 academic year. Criterion sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was preferred. Interview technique was used in this study. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form. Content analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data. The research data are under six themes: 'problems arising from students in vocational education in enterprises and solution suggestions', 'problems arising from the employer in vocational training in enterprises and solution suggestions', 'problems arising from the business in vocational training in enterprises (working conditions, work environment) and solution suggestions'. are grouped. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the students in vocational education in enterprises have socialization problems and have problems in adapting to business rules. It has been observed that employers approach students with prejudice, and there are many problems such as working hours and wage payments. As a result of the research, it has been suggested that students, employers and business employees in vocational education can be informed, legal regulations, promotions and awareness trainings and awareness-raising activities can be carried out.
