With the developing technology, the use of new learning tools anddevelopment of them increased in nursing education. These developments in technology and education have been broughtabout the association of these two areas, they were given the opportunity to spread of non-technical and technical skillsin nursing education used widely simulation applications and tools which is one of the trusted training methods. Theuse of simulation in nursing education provides increasing self-confidence of students and developing of clinical decisionsmaking skills.Students are gaining complete care in a safe environment, implementation, technical skills, decision making, evaluation,teamwork, and management skills without misunderstanding the current status of the patient and the fear of failure. Dueto the use of simulation contribute positively to learning experience and professional skills of nursing students, the targetof increasing clinical competence of students is achieved in a virtual or laboratory environment before in a real patientcare environment. Students before experiencing the clinic can develop their professional skills in a laboratory which isintegrated with realistic scenarios and reflecting real clinical environment. Because of that application of simulationcontribute students, its use as a training method and dissemination is proposed.
