There is a need to ensure. The main nbsp;objective of this research, the employees who work in organizational support and advocacy impact on perception nbsp;of severance intentions is to detect. Within the scope of the study conducted with the general screening model, a nbsp;research model based on the study was developed. The research universe, in Kayseri province, the international nbsp;transporter’s association registered in the logistics sector 35 firm running total 850 people.
