    Value Stream Mapping in A Company Producing Building Materials and Finding an Improvement with The Bayesian Method

    In today’s competitive environment, businesses in our country strive to achieve high profits with low costs by effectively managing resources and prioritizing quality, usability, and customer satisfaction. Emphasizing the importance of customer-centric work in today's competitive conditions, businesses are adopting the concept of Lean Production. In the construction industry, this approach focuses on reducing waste in the use, storage, transportation, and processing of building materials. While lean manufacturing helps optimize business processes by increasing efficiency in construction projects, the effective use and management of building materials also forms an important part of this strategy. Therefore, the relationship between building materials and lean manufacturing contributes to a more efficient and effective production process in the construction industry. Lean Production seeks to optimize the value stream, minimize waste, and increase customer satisfaction. In this context, the research aims to examine the business using lean production techniques and produce according to customer demands. The current state analysis will be conducted using the Value Stream Mapping method to identify wasteful practices, and alternative solution suggestions will be presented by statistical analyzing production data with Bayesian networks accordingly.
