Effectiveness Of Hypnotic Reprocessing Therapy In Anxiety Due To Negative Life Experiences: Case Report

Anxiety is the reaction to situations perceived as stressful or dangerous often encountered by physicians. High levels of anxiety affects the patient's life in a negative way, resulting in a decrease in functionality. This case aims to introduce the applicability of Hypnotic Reprocessing Therapy (HRT) in generalized anxiety disorder due to negative life experiences. This study examined the case of a 38-year-old woman who worked as a medical staff member and had high levels of anxiety. 1 session 1.5 set of HRT has been applied to the case who had been negative cognitions and negative childhood experiences. As a result of the theraphy, it has been observed that the relaxation had increased and the anxiety scores had decreased. It should be noted that more notices should be taken into account to be able to understand the efficiency of the HRT in anxiety.
