Multiple myeloma, malignant proliferation of plasma cells in the bone marrow, has clinical spectrum varying from monoclonal gammapathy with unknown etiology to plasma cell leukemia. The presenting symptoms of the patients are usually bone pain, pathologic fractures or repeating infections. Our aim in this case report is, by reporting a multiple myeloma case at primary care, to emphasize the importance of recognition of either rare cases in the community and knowing the criteria of sending a patient to secondary or tertiary care settings
