Bu nedenle bir işletmeiçin en uygun tesis yerinin belirlenmesi öncelikli yapılması gereken fizibilite çalışmalarındandır. Bu konuda yapılançalışmalara göre, çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri kullanılarak en uygun yerleşimin yapılması mümkündür.Çalışmanın amacı, balıkçılık sektörü işletmelerinin özellikle karşılaştıkları tesis yeri seçimi problemlerinin değerlendirilmesive yorumlanmasında ÇKKV yöntemlerinin kullanılabilirliğini göstermek ve bu konuda araştırmacılara önerilerdebulunmaktır. Literatürde, Moritanya’daki balıkçılık işletmeleri için ÇKKV yöntemleri kullanılarak en uygun tesis yerininbelirlenmesine yönelik çalışmalara rastlanmamıştır. Bu çalışma ile özellikle Moritanya Balıkçılık İşletmeleri literatürünekatkı yapmak amaçlanmıştır.Çalışmada Moritanya balıkçılık sektörüne ait güncel veriler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında,Moritanya’daki kıt kaynaklı balıkçılık işletmelerinin nadiren ancak ayrıntılı hesaplamalarla belirlenmesi gereken en uygunkonumda tesis yerinin belirlenmesi problemi için Kârlılık Karşılaştırma ve Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) yöntemleri ayrıayrı kullanılmıştır. İlgili veriler balıkçılık işletmelerinin yöneticilerinden sağlanmıştır. Bu balıkçılık işletmelerininyöneticileri aynı zamanda karar vericiler olarak kabul edilmiştir. Moritanya’da ki balıkçılık işletmelerinin genel yapısıdikkate alınarak farklı iki yöntemle gerçekleştirilen analiz sonuçları birbiri ile örtüşmektedir. İlgili yöntemlerle gerçekleşensonuçlara göre; en uygun tesis yeri A1 (Nouadhibou) birinci, A2 (Nouakchott) ikinci ve A4 (Peka) üçüncü sırada çıkmıştır.Analiz sonuçları ilgili balıkçılık işletmeleri ile paylaşılmıştır. Daha sonra yapılacak benzer çalışmalar için hibrit veya bulanıkmantık temelli yöntemler kullanılabilir.In particular working in the field of production management has emphasized the importance of initially selectingthe most appropriate facility location for businesses and found that the most suitable location has a positive effect on theproduction results. For this reason, the feasibility studies should be done firstly to determine the most suitable facilitylocation for a business. As a result of the obtained findings, it is possible to make the most appropriate locating using multicriteria decision making (MCDM) methods. The aim of the work is to demonstrate the applicability of the MCDM methodsin the evaluation and interpretation of facility location problems that are particularly encountered by fishing sectorenterprises and to make recommendations to researchers in this regard. In the literature, no studieshave been found for the determination of the most appropriate facility location for the fishingenterprises in Mauritania using the MCDM methods. This study aims to contribute especially toMauritania's fishing businesses literature.Current data from the Mauritania fishing industry were used in the study. In the application part of the study,profitability comparison and AHP methods were used separately to determine the most appropriate facility location for thescarce fishing enterprises in Mauritania. These analyses rarely but require detailed calculations. The relevant data has beenobtained from the managers of the fishing enterprises. The managers of these fishing enterprises were also considered asdecision makers. By taking into account the general structure of the fishing establishments in Mauritania, the results of theanalysis performed by two different methods overlap each other. According to the results of the related methods; the mostappropriate facility location was A1 (Nouadhibou) first, A2 (Nouakchott) second and A4 (Peka) third. The analysis resultsare shared with the relevant fishing enterprises.
